Jessica Quintal as Creative Director developed the concept, wardrobe and did the hair and make-up styling for this new photoshoot called TRAIN WRECK. "I like how it looks like it came out of a comic book. I wanted to go for some really bold color. I love the impact of high fashion so I had a blast shooting this...The models did a great job...you girls look fierce!"
Jen and Brett are just too cute for words...hence the photos : ) We hung out in San Francisco at Baker Beach. It was a beautiful day, however it was a bit chilly. Jen and Brett were great sports and we had a fun time creating images that reflect their love for each other. We can't wait for their wedding in July!
Are you a photography enthusiast and would like to learn more? Join us Friday April 20th at 10am for an informal and fun workshop on how to help people look their best. This workshop will cover basic principles of posing people and how to make people of different shapes and sizes look great. The workshop will last 2 - 3 hours with 1 hour covering the basics and then 1 - 2 hours of practice with models. So bring your camera, 1 -2 images to share for critique with the group and your imagination!
It's really amazing when two people can be standing side by side and see two different things. This happened recently when Jessica was photographing and I was standing next to her. I was watching what she was doing but I had no idea of the amazing image she captured until she showed me the camera...it was crazy. So this got me thinking...what allows one to "see" an image that others overlook. I concluded the answer was stated best by Buddha: "Do not dwell in the past, do not dream of the future, concentrate the mind on the present moment." - Anna
This couple was so much fun to hang out with and take their engagement photos. They laughed so much, are so full of energy...it was awesome! We walked all around downtown Livermore, checked out a train on the tracks, the new movie theater and explored the glamourous parking garage. We can't wait for their wedding! See image below...
This particular 18th birthday celebration brought me to tears...tears of hope for the future. This young lady is impressive, polite, intelligent and beautiful! I hope I can be as good of a parent as her parents are...here's a couple images below. (venue is Dublin Ranch Golf Course)
